1. My Mobile Bar Ltd t/as www.mymobilebarhire.com
1.1 This Website is owned and operated by My Mobile Bar Ltd (hereby referred to as ‘MMB’), company registration number 9975430, based at Sunnyside Newchurch, Hoar Cross, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire DE13 8RH.
1.2 All the content on this Website is owned by MMB.
1.3 As owners of this Website, MMB may, at any time and without the requirement to provide any notice period, amend, update, remove or restrict access to this Website or the content on this Website, without needing to provide just cause.
1.4 As part of our monitoring process, MMB may – occasionally or constantly - collect and analyse anonymous aggregate data relating to site usage and performance.

2.1 All copyright, trademarks, database right and other intellectual property rights on this Website are owned by MMB or its licensors.

4. Payments
4.1 Clients of MMB may be required to sign a legally binding contract relating to mobile bar hire at their event to secure the arrangement.
4.2 For most bar hires, a 50% deposit payment will be required in advance.
4.3 The remaining 50% payment (following point 4.2 above) will be payable prior to or on the event date, as agreed between MMB and the Client.
4.4 Payments can be made by clients to MMB using credit / debit or bank electronic transfer of funds.
5. Liability
5.1 You agree that the only liability of MMB to you arising out of your use of this Website is for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of MMB or for fraudulent mis-statement made to you by MMB.
5.2 You agree that (to the fullest extent allowed by law) MMB will not be liable to you and / or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to this Website.
5.3 For equipment hire (for example, dry hire bar units, glassware rental etc), upon delivery you will need to sign a hire agreement. By signing this hire agreement, you agree that you are responsible the for the equipment. Responsibility for it also passes to your public liability insurance. You are responsible for the equipment until you return the equipment to us, at which point we will sign the hire contract to assume responsibility for it.
6. Restrictions
You may not use this Website to:
6.1 disseminate any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
6.2 transmit material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice;

6.4 interfere with any other person’s use or enjoyment of this Website;

8.7 A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the terms and conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions. This shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
8.8 MMB shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
